COLLABORATIVE AGREEMENT WITH ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN TECHNOLOGIES

MoU signed with Calleja Group and Environmental Clean Technologies
(ECT) for the joint development of a waste innovation hub at Bacchus Marsh.

This MoU marks a collaborative framework between ECT and Calleja  Group to ensure both parties optimise their mutual interests for future commercial operations.

ECT is a tenant of the Calleja Group at JBD and is progressing with its commercial demonstration project aimed at demonstrating a set of unique solutions of their lignite-based nitrogen soil health product, COLDry.

SPONSORSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT - DARLEY FOOTBALL & NETBALL CLUB

The Darley Football & Netball Club and Calleja Group are collaborating to deliver the remaining funding to complete the major redevelopments for the Club. The Calleja Group are pleased to support the redevelopment of the Darley clubrooms and the establishment of a state-of-the-art sporting hub.

We are pleased to be investing in this important redevelopment project that will strengthen social and sporting connections for Darley, Bacchus Marsh and surrounding communities.

As a result of investment by the Calleja Group, Moorabool Shire Council and the State Government, construction of the new hub will commence at the end of next year’s session in 2022.

STAR DAM REHABILITATION PROJECT

The Growling Grass Frog

The Calleja Group is starting the rehabilitation of its Star Dam site, which will kickstart the renewal of Parwan Creek – up to 20 years ahead of schedule.

By investing in the rehabilitation of the disused quarry and mine MBC will restore the site to its natural form and create a major habitat for the endangered growling grass frog.
